- Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
– Damage Report:
At Delivery: As soon as you receive the parcel, check immediately for any damage. If there is damage, please send us proper photos and a video via WhatsApp showing the broken item, packaging, and shipping label to this number: 0333 0234852, along with your order number.
– To qualify for a return, you must complete all above requirements (providing photos , videos and returning the parcel) within 3-4 days of receiving the order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
– Return Shipping:
Secure Packing: Repack the item securely with all original packing materials to prevent any further damage.
Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please send the item back at your own expense using any courier service.
– Inspection and Refund:
We will inspect the returned item within 3 days, and if approved, your refund will be processed within the next 14 days.
– Note: Refunds may be reduced if the item is returned in a condition different from what was reported or if it was not securely packed.
– These steps should be followed for a damaged item.
