Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Perishable or hygienic goods (if applicable)

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@prestohnk.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@prestohnk.com with photo proof and order details.
